The autoURL has nothing to do with youtube-dl itself, it's a field that's inside the flashvars dictionary in the dailymotion videos page, it's just a url that points to a manifest like the one I posted in that issue.

A far as I know, it's not documented, but you can understand it by following the process that starts in the download method in YoutubeDL. If you have a specific question, just ask.
