RTSP streams can be downloaded with ffmpeg:

I guess the following option is the key:
RTP protocol is necessary for downloading RTSP streams. Try to rebuild ffmpeg without this option. If you are not sure how to rebuild, ask Synology. Version 2.0.2 is indeed quite old. Usually we use ffmpeg 2.8 or newer. |
