I want to add metadata to audio-extract(MP3). I use --add-metadata but it don't seem to do anything.

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

When i put the file in iTunes or mp3 tag editor, all the field are empty. Is there a syntax problem in my command or a switch that i should use ?

MP3 ID3 tags are not supported yet. See #5957.
