Technical reason
One of the initial hooks we use getting the information from YTM has changed in a recent update.

- Potential fix for a crash related to #1588.
- Fix extra library button added to the player bar.
- The icons for this might not match what YTM normally does and look off but YTM doesn't provide a new icon to represent being added to your library

- Updates Discord rich presence to match closer to Spotify.
- Title, Artist and Album are now links to their respective pages.
- Artist will now show in the side menu instead of YouTube Music
