Undeclared dependency Test::Exception #1

Test suite fails if Test::Exception is not installed:

Can't locate Test/Exception.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Test::Exception module) (@INC contains: ... .) at t/10_acme.t line 3.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/10_acme.t line 3.
t/10_acme.t ..... 
Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)
No subtests run

I forgot Test::Exception in cpanfile.

Added Test::Exception under /test/requires of cpanfile.

Then v0.02 has shipped.
