[regression] A User is unable to reduce the size of a Resize node after plugging the resize with Y.Plugin.ResizeProxy #1124

I found that reverting the changes from 36a51b7 remove the problem |
@marclundgren Thanks for the gif :) I'm looking into this and hopefully we can get something in soon to correct this! |

You can see the issue on my jsfiddle page.
Play around with the different resize handles. The resizing the node that is
plug
'd withY.Plugin.ResizeProxy
is unable to be resized to a smaller size. The resizing also seems a bit chunkier. This demo is using yui 3.11.0 min.jsNow take a look at this clone jsfiddle, only I've loaded yui 3.6.0 on the page. I did find where the issue stems from:
