Guys,

When I execute this javascript bellow on the Safari browser (OSX), it works and it clicks the link. When I inject this on the Safari of iOS (using Appium and Selenium), it doesn't trigger the click (common behavior of any <a href> link) but it does trigger the tapping if I run it on a div using Hammer JS that listens for a touch event for example (touch-test-page-app.herokuapp.com/tap).

var element_locator = 'a';

  YUI().use('node-event-simulate', function(Y) {

    var node = Y.one(element_locator);

    node.simulateGesture("tap");

  });

Does anyone knows how to solve that?
