Currently preloaded apps set the installOrigin to Firefox Marketplace. This is a deceptive as the app was never installed from Marketplace.

Allowing the customization of the URL via command line parameter (like --installOrigin http://www.carrier.country) would allow installed apps to use the installOrigin as source for referral tracking.

This blocks bug 968570.
