  1. Automated workaround for #5: Screen goes white during play.

    The DoF filter seems to cause issues on Windows when using certain
    video cards. This is a fix for that:
    - A blacklist of video card/platform combos has been added.
    - If the system is blacklisted, the DoF filter defaults to being
      disabled. If the user enables it, they are shown a warning.

    The camera was being reset at the end of the bird conversation -
    when actually the game was ending, and transitioning to the
    credit sequence. Just going to the credits without changing the
    camera is more pleasant.

    shell before doing so. Now, a custom near-like sensor is used
    instead.

    Turned off Blender's built-in letterboxing, which seems to fail
    sometimes. Instead, a custom mask is provided in HUD.blend that
    just fits the camera.

    This means that updating the Blender version doesn't mess up
    version control of the files. Also, the build process has been
    cleaned up a little to make better use of make's ability to
    recognise files that have changed.
