Mysterious Combination Book Bundle, missing items, combination book recipes
More formated version of the itemInfo.zip file in rathena/rathena#4321

Note: I sometimes used text coding in the recipes, but I wasn't sure if you also wanted it in there as well as in the real item or not.

Fixed the jRO item by translating most of them (except the few I missed/ignored)
Because of the jRO symbols and the internet browsers, these got corrupted.
So you couldn't edit this file, without breaking it. (At least for me)
Korean Symbols works fine for me tho.
