ios app to fetch weather without Location Services. This will enable users to keep their location services turned off and to save the mobile battery.
ipa can be fount at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/50804655/httpebble-NoLoc.ipa
Just open the app in the ios device and enter the city name. Give some time (5 sec) to load the weather in watch. will fix soon.
