Phpdoc class-string highlighting

I am not sure exactly what the issue is that causes this (so unsure how to go about resolving as a PR). But essentially the usage of class-string isn't treated quite the same as other primitive types in phpdocs.

E.g.

I am able to reproduce:

This is likely an issue in the upstream claytonrcarter/tree-sitter-phpdoc, we inject that to process comments here:

php/languages/php/injections.scm

I just merged a fix for this (w/ support for array and list shapes, too) as part of claytonrcarter/tree-sitter-phpdoc#39. We can update this extension to use claytonrcarter/tree-sitter-phpdoc@03bb103 (v0.1.6) to fix this issue.
