Click to re-start did not work the first time

Description

Click to re-start did not work the first time the update got downloaded and only worked fine after I manually re-started Zed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Zed for Windows
2. Enjoy Zed and wait until the next patch
3. Once the automatic patch downloads, wait until the 'Click to restart and update Zed' text appears in the bottom left corner of the IDE. Click on it.
4. Nothing happens and eventually it displays the latest version number.
5. Re-start the editor manually.
6. Wait until the update downloads, then click to restart - works!

Expected Behavior: Zed should restart and install the latest update on the first go without requiring a manual user restart
Actual Behavior: Nothing happens on click of the 'Click to restart and update Zed' button the first time, but this eventually works once the user restarts it manually once.

Zed: v0.208.4 (Zed)
OS: Windows 10.0.19045
Memory: 8 GiB
Architecture: x86_64
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 || NVIDIA Corporation || 581.57 r581_55

Yes, it only failed to work the first time, all good after that.
