- broker: fix read after compaction if only single segment is left (c330cdf9)
An algorithm used to calculate the broker log size had an off-by-one error in certain edge-cases.
Consequently, in some scenarios, a restarting broker would incorrectly report a corrupted event log and fail to restart. No data was lost, but the broker could not restore the log.
The algorithm has been fixed, and now correctly calculates the log size when restarting if the log has integrity. Brokers no longer fail to restart in this scenario.
