Updates:

• update config for optimization
  • disable SMP (we are single core)
  • disable highmem (we only have 512mb ram)
  • raise timing from 100 Hz to 250 Hz
• update build script
  • no longer uses "fix for 6 year old bug" ;)
• minor tweaks to f_mass_storage.c

ISSUES:

• DVD-ROM Mass Storage gadget emulation support still incomplete, can mount larger images but still reports CDFS
• No further progress towards tinydrm was made
