I published a blog including Japanese folders on Now CLI:

https://github.com/fu-sen/balloon.gq/tree/master/2018/12

(It is not via GitHub)
but that folder displayed "404: The page could not be found".
Apparently, when running Now CLI on Windows,
Now seems to have problems with file and folder processing that is not ASCII.

(I had to use GitHub Pages instead of Now for this problem...)

I also tested on GitHub+Now project (add テスト.txt):
https://github.com/fu-sen/git-to.now.sh/blob/master/%E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88.txt

as a result:
https://git-to.now.sh/%E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88.txt

Unfortunately this issue also occurs with Github collaboration.

I noticed that this was displayed properly:
https://git-to.now.sh/%E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88.txt

It looks like it has been solved!

I tested it in addition. It works normally, (The 2 URLs are the same):
https://サンプル.now.sh/テスト/
https://xn--vck8cuc4a.now.sh/%E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88/

I am ready to close. I will wait for the reaction of the ZEIT team.

I think that it is OK to close this. This has been completely improved.
