boards: mimxrt1050_evk: configure USB device EHCI driver for rt1050

set usbd1 status as OK in mimxrt1050_evk.dts
add usb_device supported information in rt1050 yaml file.

The RT1050 SoC has two USB OTG (USBOTG) controllers that supports both
device and host functions through its micro USB connectors.
Only USB device function is supported in Zephyr at the moment.
