Describe the bug
Documentation of the mec15xxevb_assy6853 board says it can be flashed by west or ninja, but that seems to but false, or the configuration to do so is broken (looks like it's missing for that board thus why the doc seems false)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. west build -b mec15xxevb_assy6853 samples/hello_world
  2. west flash
  3. See error:

FATAL ERROR: No flash runner available for board mec15xxevb_assy6853 (ZEPHYR_BOARD_FLASH_RUNNER is not in the cache). Check your board's documentation for instructions.

Expected behavior
According to the documentation it should work.

Impact
Only the manual flash (with microchip tool etc...) works. That's a pitty since most of other boards can be flashed via west directly (or make flash etc..)
