peripheral_hids does not remember bonds #9580

The peripleral_hids example should remember bt settings the same way peripheral example does it.
I have tested that with the settings remembered it connects nicely after restart.

This commit adds settings module to the peripheral_hids that would make bonding
persistent. Now it is possible to connect with previously bonded device.

Fixes zephyrproject-rtos#9580
