Use an object-relational mapping (ORM) library for persistent data in Owl #18

The current design of persisting data uses hardcoded SQL queries and predefined tables in order to CRUD data. A better solution would be to use a ORM library so that no SQL would need to be present in the code and the existing LINQ library in the Owl code could be leveraged.
