This patch: - Bumps the zend-inputfilter dependency to `~2.4` - Removes `ZF\ContentValidation\InputFilter\InputFilterAbstractServiceFactory` - Changes the configuration to reference `Zend\InputFilter\InputFilterAbstractServiceFactory` in the `abstract_factories` service manager configuration (thus ensuring it continues to work with existing code).
