The parameter solutiontarget has been deprecated. The new name for this parameter is optimalitytarget.

Tox now runs tests on CPLEX with Python 3.5 since that is the only Python 3 version that is supported by CPLEX 12.7.

@jonls jonls tox: Run cplex tests on Python 3.5
With CPLEX 12.7 (latest release) it appears that only Python 3.5
is supported (of all Python 3 releases). Switch tox to only run
cplex tests on 3.5 instead of 3.4.
