By default Maven does not generate Javadocs. This patch enables Javadoc generation and updates the installation documentation accordingly.
ThriftReportSource is not included in the current source distribution, but it appears in the default list of input sources (causing the reporting server to fail to start when using the default settings).
The HTML template for the reporting UI had a mismatched <title> tag, preventing Chrome from rendering the pages.

The Makefile has been replaced with the autogen.sh script. To build the apache module, you first need to run this script to generate a Makefile, and then proceed as usual.
Report.put checked if keys existed based on their string values, but inserted them based on key.to_sym. I made everything use key.to_sym to make it possible to add multiple edge entries to a report.
Two files XtrContext.C and XtrEvent.C use function stdio, though it was not being included.
