QueryOpen E:\Lib\\(null)\ucrt\x64\ucrt.lib PATH NOT FOUND

Seems to me that it should either look in a directory relative to --msvc-lib-dir/--kernel32-lib-dir, or get the path from a new parameter like --ucrt-lib-dir.
