Added format for floating point numbers. {.x} where x is the number of decimals. #668

Looks good! Thanks for adding tests. I'm going to wait for the tests to pass and then merge.

We can revisit the stdlib API before releasing 1.0.0. Until then let's give this a try!

Agree. Really nice to be able to understand parts of the compiler and make a contribution. All thanks to zig zen.
