It seems zdebug/zpopup have specific requirements regarding the theme. They work in Andreas08 but they don't show up in my own theme. I see them in the HTML but not in the browser.

accident. The problem persists.

same applies to the toolbar: It appears, but it's not clickable.

Same problem here.
Both plugins aren't working in a theme.

I would like to see it if this error could be fixed to the release 1.3.2

Something is wrong with the output filters. There is a line of code here that sets output filters as null. If you comment this line, the zdebug plugin works. But perhaps there is a reason why output filters are turned off. Needs better investigation of Zikula_View.

Indeed, the outputfilter is not restored after the operation.
It should be "cached" as the other values,
and be restored at the final of the plugin,
like template_dir, default_resource_type and _compile_id
