JS asset merger exposes server pathes #3883

The combined JS asset files contain absolute server pathes.

For example:

/* --- Combined files:
/var/www/zikula/web/jquery/jquery.min.js
/var/www/zikula/web/bundles/core/js/jquery_config.js
...

and:

/* --- Source file: /var/www/zikula/web/jquery/jquery.min.js */
...
/* --- Source file: /var/www/zikula/web/bundles/core/js/jquery_config.js */

This should be changed making the pathes relative to the web root.
