bugfix: skip commented-out expressions

Yak stack:

• Need to create a new release of yamlpath with feat: add Document::range_spanned_by_comment and Document::offset_inside_comment yamlpath#18 to bring in comment span APIs;
• That release will require a global bump of tree-sitter since yamlpath uses the latest tree-sitter
• Which means we need deps: bump tree-sitter to 0.25.2 airbus-cert/tree-sitter-powershell#17 to bump the powershell bindings as well
