WIP.This adds a
HasInputstrait that allows workflow and action inputs to be queried for capability, similar to how other contexts can be queried for capabilities via the FST.The ultimate idea here is to plug this into
template-injectionso that expansions ofinput.*contexts can be evaluated more accurately.
