The focus of this release is to finally fix the "spent" issue, by totally refactoring the processing of blocks, transactions and coins, including an upgraded version of the BIP 158 block filters implementation and CoinJoin transaction propagation improvements. This also helps to speed up wallet loading time substantially. The graphical user interface engine Avalonia has been upgraded to version 9, overall increasing UI speed, enabling custom notifications for many events, as well as implementing a native menu on Mac. Also, the DotNet Core engine has been upgraded to v3.1, bringing more tools for the developers, this is an important foundation for future work and progress.
