SetChan      | variable username chan value

current behaviour

<mynick> setchan keepbuffer mynick * off
<*admin> Error: Channel not found: *

could be useful to be able to use wildcards for the channel, such as

setchan keepbuffer username #wikipedia* off
setchan keepbuffer username * on
