get release name from RubyGems, not from other nodes

At the moment we are checking the latest version only when doing Remote.update(). We are comparing the version of a remote node with our version. Let's check this page too: https://rubygems.org/gems/zold (through an API). If the version of the release is higher, let's reboot.
