ZMI shows internal server error instead of proper error message #437

... when hitting "Show permissions" for an unknown user name on the security tab in ZMI.

Reproduction:

  • pull current head of Zope ( 5d315a6 )
  • buildout && makeinstance
  • visit ZMI
  • for index_html open tab "security"
  • enter a fabricated/unknown user name and hit "Show permissions"

You'll get

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected internal server error
(generated by waitress)

Expected behaviour:
Error message like "User is unknown" or similar.
