It was removed in b95d4c9 because it was undocumented and untested.

The alternative is zdaemon kill 12, which requires me to know the number of the SIGUSR2 signal on my system and is just ugh.

With a7c1406 you can use zdaemon kill USR2 which is somewhat better.

Don't ignore 'stop' if the program is respawning (#13)
Conveniently this bug was discovered while writing a test for the
previous feature (#10), so we save one test ;)
