Allow wildcards in hostalias #510

Would be nice to have an alias feature so you can do:

{hostalias, "*.xip.io"}

to easily test on muliple platforms / browsers / devices when changing between wifi networks.

Shouldn't be too hard.

What would also be nice is to map a host (or host prefix) to some query arg.
Or map a host to a query arg with a predefined value (like plop.example.com sets {id,100})

This could be added to dispatch rules as extra matching args.

Of course the mapping could be done by a callback, after matching a wild card host name to the correct site/context.
