Integration test for logout has sence only on mainframe, not on localhost

Integration test LogoutTest is testing integration of REST API to z/OSMF. For this reason it is not possible to test it on localhost without dependecies and it is mark to run just on mainframe

We have discussed and as the Logout now requires the ZOSM/f to work for the time being this is going to be Mainframe only test.

At some point we need to discuss the possibility to Mock the key parts of ZOSM/f for local integration tests
