There's currently no option to create a nw unix file

The solution for this would be the implementation of a POST endpoint to the unixfiles service that would take a request body containing at least path, type(file/directory) and permissions.

Original issue #75

As a USS endpoint user
I want the ability to create new files and directories
so that I can create new assests on the remote system

Acceptance Criteria

*Scenario 1: create file
Given a request to create a new file
When submitting POST request to unixfiles service
Then file is created on the remote system

*Scenario 2: create directory
Given a request to create a new directory
When submitting POST request to unixfiles service
Then directory is created on the remote system

*Scenario 3: create file/directory that already exists for given path
Given a request to create a new asset
When submitting POST request to unixfiles service
Then asset is not created
and appropriate response is returned
