Strange artifacts after unused suggestion

I just typed ls V and got this as a completion: ls Videos

I decided I didn't want ls V after all, press backspace, and now I see ls ideos

Hm... this is because zsh-autosuggestions does not clean up it's "overlay" after backwards-delete-char. This is actually quite difficult to fix, due to the limitations of zsh's display system.

In particular, zsh-autosuggestions will probably require a significant overhaul to become more robust.
