Version dev=0.7 from github work well.
Can You update package on pypi, please?

{% render_contact_form %} is new in the (in-development) 0.7 version. Sorry for the confusing readme, which was updated after code changes for 0.7. I'll need to update the docs and then release 0.7 to PyPI.
