canvas_sprite_blitter

attempt to make a javascript library that uses canvas.context.ImageData.data and typearrays.

Trying to develop it to have an API like SDLs video component. so create an abstract 'type' called a surface.

want everything to be as fast as possible so will be looking to technologies like LLJS and ASM.JS in future.
