Blue void roads or tracks

Verified: March 2022 - TM:PE 11.6.5.1
After placing an asset that contains roads and/or tracks, the roads/tracks turn in to blue void, for example:
This issue is not caused by TM:PE.
A known cause of this issue is 81 Tiles
mod when you have purchased map tiles one at a time.
- Select the asset with
Move It
mod, then use itsReset Objects
feature - Sometimes moving the object will resolve the issue
- Further occurrences of the issue can be prevented by purchasing all tiles

mod options - Note: More tiles = more workload for CPU = may cause lag/stutter in-game
