Mod options screen not showing properly

These issues are fixed since May 2019

Symptoms

One of the following occurs:

1. The mod options screen is blank, or options for a different mod appear on it
2. Items on the mod options screen are overlapping

Causes

1. #271 Conflict with Vanilla Tree Remover mod
2. #250 Bug in TM:PE version 10.18

Solutions

1. Disable or unsubscribe the Vanilla Tree Remover mod and restart the game
2. Sometimes restarting the game helps, but not always. This bug will be fixed in the TM:PE 10.19 release.
