Change system tray behavior so that middle-click toggles mute status.

Hi.
It is possible to scroll down over EarTrumpet icon to lower the volume.

Could it be implemented that pressing the scroll wheel mutes the audio?
Now it opens the volume control panel instead.

Thank you.

EarTrumpet actually already supports this, but there appears to be a bug in Windows 11 22H2+. Will follow up when I chat with Microsoft on Monday.

Shell team seems to be heads down trying to make File Explorer be less terrible, so movement on this particular bug will be slow. I also filed a feedback hub issue just to get us into the system. https://aka.ms/AAmcnnp

Microsoft has confirmed this issue and fixed it, but is refusing to service this (i.e., push out an update). Could mean you have to wait until the next major Windows update sometime next year. Will keep this thread updated.
