Flan's Mod Legacy 1.12.2 missing textures (black)

Describe the bug

So... I downloaded flans mod and two content packs that works correctly (modern warfare and simple parts), but for some reason the main mod doesnt. Im playing a modpack with my friends with the same mods but for them its working correctly. The main mod vehicles and some guns doesnt have textures and are all black, like the a-10 below. i dont have any shader downloaded or optifine.

Expected behaviour

well i expected to not be black

also i just downloaded it normally and placed the content packs in flan file
