Chapters list lacks current chapter indicators #13

A visual indicator could be used as a remainder to let users know in which chapter they are.
ARIA attribute could be used to notify screen readers current chapter has changed.

Current chapter has its title displayed in bold in 74a1d38.
However, an accessible indicator should also be made available.
