Hi, I use coge genome Evolutions, but can I add Hierarchical and Faceted track selectors to jbrowse throught CoGe.
I would like to get something like this:

CoGe's track selector is different that the traditional JBrowse. It is tied to CoGe's data management system, which has both annotation tracks and a variety of experimental tracks. These data are managed through the user's "My Data" page, and the track selector is on the right. This enables data to be kept private and shared with specific users or user groups.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with exactly what Hierarchical and Faceted tracks are in JBrowse -- can you post a link?

Another thing -- it may be easier to set up a time to chat to go through this, just to make sure we are on the same page.
