[suggestion] scaffold tower move

Describe the feature

add a scaffold tower move like the 1.8.9 clients have where you can use tower while going forward.

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

no it is difrent it is a tower MOVE so like the fast tower option that the client already has but you can go forward and up at the same time
