[Suggestion] GUI minimum and maximum scale

Describe the feature

The minimum scale we have now, which is 0.750, is not enough if you have a lot of addons - some modules just overlap with each other (if you write a number smaller than 0.75, it just won't work)

My suggestion is to make the slider stop at 0.500 and the text input stop at 0.250

Also set a limit on the maximum scale - anything above 5 is impossible to use

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)
