Ubuntu 24.04 has not officially released yet. Nightly builds are not officially supported. We are working on a process to update the documentation for supported distributions. The documentation changes will take some time to complete.

Sure. I just grabbed a link that shows apt packages exists. Also true for Ubuntu 22.04: https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/22.04/prod/dists/jammy/main/
