Uninstallation broke search function

Describe the bug

Uninstalled Open Shell, and can no longer use the start menu's search function, nor can I search from win+x.

To reproduce

I've never used github before so apologies, but here's what I did

1. Uninstalled the program through control panel
2. Restarted the device
3. Tried to search for files using Windows key to no avail
4. Restarted windows explorer, nothing.

Expected behavior

I expected Windows functions to resume to how they were before I installed Open Shell.

Open-Shell version

uhh.. I no longer have it installed . I'd assume the latest version, I downloaded it a couple of days ago. Sorry for the unprofessionalism
